SECURITY & FIRE FIGHTING
This section is responsible for complete security of factory premises including installations, infrastructure, parameters, assets, and machinery. This section will ensure presence of staff 24 x hours at factory premises; in this regard available staff will perform their duties in shifts. Proper duty roster will be maintained.
Identification cards of the employees will be issued to the staff, which will be checked on every 1st of the month.
A ledger will be kept at gate office, all in & out of products will be properly recorded. No vehicle will be allowed to go out without gate pass.
A ledger pertaining to company’s vehicles will also be maintained. Meter reading of the vehicle will be noted down at the time of exist and entrance.
To reduce the chance of theft, a detail body search of 2-4 individuals will be carried out at random twice in a month. In case of doubt, any individual would be searched.
During in and out of vehicle, the quantity of product present on the vehicle will be verified as per delivery and receipt documents.In case of any hazard at any time will be directly and immediately communicated to Plant Manager.
In case of fire, company firefighting extinguishers will be used immediately and will be immediately communicated to the following staff, i.e.,
- Floor Incharge
- Plant Manager
- Director
Director will analyze the nature or class of fire, and if seems that it would not be controlled using own resources, then he will immediately call city municipal fire services.
A register will be maintained, expiry of all fire extinguishers will be properly recorded. Director will be intimated 15 x days prior to expiry, so that refilling can be done in time.
