elementor - v3.5.6 - 28-02-2022 *\/\n.elementor-widget-text-editor.elementor-drop-cap-view-stacked .elementor-drop-cap{background-color:#818a91;color:#fff}.elementor-widget-text-editor.elementor-drop-cap-view-framed .elementor-drop-cap{color:#818a91;border:3px solid;background-color:transparent}.elementor-widget-text-editor:not(.elementor-drop-cap-view-default) .elementor-drop-cap{margin-top:8px}.elementor-widget-text-editor:not(.elementor-drop-cap-view-default) .elementor-drop-cap-letter{width:1em;height:1em}.elementor-widget-text-editor .elementor-drop-cap{float:left;text-align:center;line-height:1;font-size:50px}.elementor-widget-text-editor .elementor-drop-cap-letter{display:inline-block}<\/style>\t\t\t\t<p>Base oil is obtained from refinery.\u00a0 In this regard, a third party is hired to provide transportation, which is responsible to transport base oil from refinery and deliver us at our premises; this contractor is also representative of PASSO Lubricants at refinery.\u00a0 At this stage this base oil is not insured in the way from refinery to the premises of PASSO Lubricants.\u00a0 However, it is our future plan to cover this aspect.<\/p><p>\u00a0It will be the duty of Production Supervisor to remain in contact with the contractor and when base oil reaches at the gate of PASSO Lubricants, he will personally check the papers including lab reports of refinery.\u00a0 Production Supervisor along with Shipping Supervisor will take charge of the bowser and will ensure that all seals of the refinery are intact and will also ensure total quantity as per calibration chart of the bowser.\u00a0 After that they will draw QC sample from the bowser and forward it to laboratory for its testing, during this span, they will keep an eagle eye on the bowser so that there will be no chance of any malfunction, and he will provide appropriate place for bowser driver and associated staff for their rest, if they demand.<\/p><p><span style=\"text-align: justify; text-indent: 0.5in; font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif; font-weight: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-weight );\">\u00a0On receipt of test report from lab, he will match the results as per specified limits and if found according to papers of refinery as per specification then he will direct the shipping supervisor to start decantation<\/span><\/p><p>Shipping Supervisor after getting green signal from Production Supervisor, will decant the base oil from bowser to appropriate storage tank.\u00a0 He will also ensure that bowser should be completely empty so that no loss will be observed for any party.<\/p><p>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 During this stage, if any other bowser reached at our premises from refinery, then Production Supervisor will repeat the above explained process and if he founds that the base oil is of same quality then the Shipping Supervisor after getting approval from the competent authority will decant it in the same storage tank, otherwise, will decant in the other available storage tank. It is pertinent to mention here, that all documents will be properly signed by both supervisors.\u00a0 And all the work will be done calmly without any hurry as the contractor is bound to remain present in the premises until decantation process is done without any extra charges.<\/p><p>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 In case, if QC sample does not meet the specified limits, then Lab will initiate a special note indicating the discrepancies of that base oil then a board comprising of the following will decide from two given options and until decision it will be the duty of shipping supervisor to decant this substandard base oil in the separate storage tank.<\/p><p>At the same time, Plant Manager will instruct the Production Supervisor about the in-hand order, also give him the time frame and schedule of blending and filling of that product.\u00a0 It is the responsibility of Production Supervisor to ensure that all the lines, tanks, kettles are clean using air flush and also filters are properly replaced at due time frame.<\/p><p>When the product is blended then Production Supervisor will draw a sample and forward it to Lab on F-Note for its testing.\u00a0 Laboratory will test that sample as per appropriate national &amp; international test methods and Plant Manager, and Chief Chemist will ensure its QC\/QA. And if found as per specification then Laboratory will endorse remarks \u2018<strong>\u2019Good to be fill\u2019\u2019<\/strong>.<\/p><p>If the product is good to be fill, then Shipping or Blending Supervisor will ship the product from blending cattle towards drop tank as per requirement of product.\u00a0 It is the duty of supervisor to pass the product from specified mesh filter as per instruction.
